Refund Policy

Live Courses

Free Trial Session

     Every live course begins with a complimentary first session

     This trial session allows students to experience the course content and teaching style before making a financial commitment

     No charges are applied for attending only the trial session

 

Course Refunds

1.   Students may request a refund at any time during the course duration

2.  Refund amount calculation:

     Total course fee paid

     Minus the cost of attended lectures (calculated at per-lecture rate)

     The per-lecture rate is determined by dividing the total course fee by the total number of lectures

3.   Only lectures attended after the free trial session will be counted in refund calculations

 

Subscription Packages

Eligibility

     All subscription packages are eligible for refunds

     Refunds can be requested at any time during the subscription period

 

Calculation Method

1.   The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

     Total subscription fee paid

     Minus the cost of days already used

     Daily rate = Total subscription fee ÷ Total subscription days

2.  Partial days will be rounded up to the nearest full day

 

Digital Products and Downloaded Content

Non-Refundable Items

     All digital products, including but not limited to:

  Downloaded study materials

  E-books

  Recorded lectures

  Digital worksheets

  Software licenses

 

 

     Once downloaded, these items are non-refundable due to their immediate delivery and inability to be “returned”

 

Exception Cases

     If technical issues prevent proper download or access

     If the product description was materially misrepresented

     If the wrong digital product was delivered

 

Physical Products

Eligibility

1.   Physical products must be returned within 14 days of receipt

2.  Items must be:

     Unused and in original condition

     In original packaging

     Include all accompanying materials and accessories

     Have original receipt or proof of purchase

 

Return Shipping

     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

     Items should be shipped with tracking number

     The Achievers is not responsible for items lost in transit

 

Refund Processing

1.   Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item

2.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable

3.   A refund will be issued to the original payment method

 

Damaged or Defective Items

     Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt

     The Achievers will cover return shipping for damaged or defective items

Replacement or full refund will be provided at the customer’s choice

2.  Required Information:

     Full name

     Course/Subscription/Product details

 

 

     Reason for refund (optional)

     Preferred refund method

     For physical products: Return tracking number (when applicable)

 

Processing Time

     Digital service refunds: Within 3 business days

     Physical product refunds: Within 7 business days of receiving the returned item

     Course and subscription refunds: Within [3] business days

     Students will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

 

Notes

     All refunds are subject to review for potential misuse

     The Achievers reserves the right to modify this refund policy with prior notice to students

     Changes to the refund policy will not affect courses or subscriptions purchased before the modification date
